Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or change it.

Returns 

Due to our international fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color
  • Delayed delivery due to customs, holidays, or shipping disruptions

Please make sure to double-check product details, measurements, and color options before completing your purchase.

Refunds or Replacements Will Be Issued If:

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  1. Damaged Items
    If your item arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Photo or video evidence is required showing the product and packaging.
  2. Incorrect Item Received
    If the product you received is significantly different from what you ordered (wrong item, color, or size), notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  3. Missing Orders
    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window (typically 14-20 days from dispatch), you may be eligible for a full refund or free reshipment.
  4. Product Quality Issues
    If your item has a significant quality defect that renders it unusable, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with appropriate evidence (photos/videos).
  5. Non-Functioning Electronics or Items with Operational Defects
    For functional products, including electronics or mechanical items, video proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery if an issue is found.

Refund Will not be Granted If?

  • The product was delivered correctly but you changed your mind.
  • You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • You submitted a complaint after the eligible reporting period.
  • You are unsatisfied with product color, shape, or size due to personal preference, unless it is clearly different from the product description.
  • You failed to provide the required photos or videos for evaluation.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Relevant photos or videos

Once submitted, we will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days with the next steps. If approved, you will be offered either:

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method, or
  • A free reshipment of the affected item

Refund Processing Time 

If your refund is approved, it will be issued within 5-10 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method used during checkout.

Late or Missing Orders

Shipping times vary depending on your location. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please first check your tracking number for updates.
  • If there is no movement or your package is lost, contact us and we will follow up with our logistics team to find a resolution.

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the refund process, and once resolved, place a new order separately.
